  • This is a catch all term! This is any type of massage modality that helps relieve pain, reduce, stress, and focuses on a specific problem.

  • A massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscles and fascia, also called connective tissue.  The fascia is like a net that connects every tissue together to form the body. It wraps around the bones, muscles, blood vessels, and organs, so if the fascia is restrictive it creates discomfort.

The pressure will generally be more intense than a relaxation massage.

  • This technique is a gentle manipulation of the connective tissue to relieve the tightness that causes muscle restrictions.  It relaxes contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles.

  • If you experience swelling in your body, this is a great way to help filter it out of the problem areas and relax in the process. This is a very gentle drainage technique which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart and released from the system.

  • A Hawaiian style of massage, also known as "loving hands", this is a combination of techniques including long, rhythmic, full body strokes with both hands massaging different parts of the body at the same time. This helps the relaxation process as the brain can't focus on two different areas at once. By not working on areas in isolation, a deep sense of stability and peace is achieved.

  • A gentle hands-on healing technique that releases tensions deep in the central nervous system so that every other system in the body can relax and self-correct. It helps you naturally free yourself from pain, stress, PTSD and discomfort. Great for physical and emotional traumas, neurological issues, headaches, concussions and repetitive motion injuries.

  • This is a tool that combines the meridian work of acupuncture with the stimulation of a TENS unit often used in physical therapy offices.

It offers a longer lasting deep tissue release without the often painful deep tissue massage techniques.  This Micro Point Stimulation(MPS) therapy reduces nervous system stress and relaxes muscles to relieve pain.

  • The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words "rei," meaning "universal spirit," and "ki," meaning "life force energy" and refers to balanced cosmic and life force energy. Reiki is a universal energy with intrinsic consciousness, helps to create a harmonious environment within one's being so true healing can take place. This service uses light touch.

  • Focusing on the feet, hands and ears, the purpose of this massage is to work to improve gland, organ and systems functions. The goal is to promote a response from the soft tissue stimulated through the nervous system and the meridians. Many see an improvement of nerve function, brain power, increased blood circulation, eliminating toxins, boosting metabolism and energy level, reduction of headaches and relief from menstruation and pregnancy.
